Saying goodbye

**warning on this one — mega post of pictures — four years — get ready — it’s slow loading but worth it.**

We said goodbye to our sweet little school last month. Words cannot express how much love our family has for this place. Ezra was there for four years. We adored the teachers and staff and cherised the many friendships made. Lots of pictures in this post. They make me smile looking back. They are just a small glimpse of this sweet little school. What you don’t see are pictures of the many breakfast coversations had at those short litte tables (how excited Ezra would get when someone brought donuts!), the hundreds of band-aids given to Ezra (for absolutley nothing wrong I’m sure), the hugs between little friends, hot dog Wednesdays, ice cream truck days, Chapel, all the books read, music class with Dr. Furr, visits from Santa, water slide parties, Miss Diana handing out oranges in the middle of the night at El Scorcho, me feeding Annie in Miss Diana’s office when I just couldn’t time it right picking up Ezra when Annie was a newborn, Miss Isabelle rocking Ezra, Miss Mimi passing out cookies at the end of the day, Miss Tammy laughing about how our child would eat chili (you don’t feed a baby chili!!!), Miss Ana and Miss Kayley creating a new independence in Ezra and kicking the paci to the curb,  Miss Stacy helping potty-training my child, Mr. Hugh giving Ezra high-fives, Miss Brittany & Ezra giving eachother the hook em horns sign, Miss Carmen shouting “hey cousin!” to Ezra and “hey little cousin” to Annie as we walked down the hall, the fun art projects with Miss Michelle, Mrs. Penas teaching Ezra to read, Miss Belinda helping create Ezra’s love of puzzles, and all the smiles, hugs, laughs, and lessons learned from Miss Diana. We have loved this sweet little school and will always look back with fond memories of this special time in our lives.
